Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Footy Dreams purchase. Please read our policy carefully before completing your order.

Standard Merchandise (e.g. Tiger Paw)

We accept returns on standard merchandise within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email ben@footydreams.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Memorabilia & Collectibles

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of signed and match-worn items, all memorabilia sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is significantly not as described. If you believe your item differs materially from its listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately at ben@footydreams.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
